Yea it takes a real strength genius to inject mass amounts of horse steroids into his players. This guy is easily the biggest tool in college sports. Easily.

I'm indifferent to him. His clown act is sorta amusing to me, but as far as a strength coach, who the hell knows.
Bama is deeper than every other team in the country right now. Bama is almost always up big in the 4th quarter so it is impossible to say as to whether they are well conditioned or better conditioned than the average SEC team. As for the strength part of S&C, again, no idea. I suspect at least 1/3 players are juiced up in general, possibly more. So I don't think a real conclusion can be drawn about Cochran except he makes a lot of noise on a regular basis.

I agrees 100%. He's way overrated and everything he knows he learned from Moffitt at LSU! I grew up with Scott! Good guy but acts like a fool on television!

The only stength coach with a household name ? Haaaaa. Child please! Tommy Moffitt completely owns the business! National Strength Coach of the Year how many times. Cochran learned everything he knows from Moffitt, just like all of Miffitts assistants that are now coaching college and in the NFL. You Bama kids don't know shite but speak like you do. Bet you deny that Saban tried to hire Moffitt when he first went to Bama but Moffitt laughed. He ain't going anywhere!
