I'm glad that teams that have played world beaters like Rice and Bevo-less Texas are amused by the threat that is Auburn

Only one stat matters in the NFL.

I think with the re-emergence of Auburn

Did I miss something? Where is all this re-emergence talk and new-found confidence coming from? I didn't watch Auburn - Miss St. but SportsCenter showed that Auburn barely got by Miss St. by scoring a TD with 10 seconds left.

True. But I only needed one to show what a dumbass you are. I could find plenty more on him but you're not important enough for that amount of effort.

Sumlins a native alabamian. If he goes anywhere, it would probably be to come home after Malzhan leaves or is fired.

What exactly does a Sumlin offense look like? I never watched him coach at Houston. But the A&M offense looks very close to a backyard football game. Have the QB and the WR's run around till somebody gets open. And I am not putting down Sumlin or JFF. JFF can throw the football, but his greatest talent is making something out of nothing.

He broke records with Case Keenum at Houston. An Aggie fan broke his background down for me once before but because I don't want to frick it up Ill let one of them chime in

Essentially though its a version of Mike Leaches Air Raid offense if I'm not mistaken

we run the ball A LOT more than mike leaches offenses. we may have similar route tress, but our offensive relies on actually running the football

I think Malzahn has the NFL on his mind but I don't know if he will actually make the jump. I don't know if he would do well in the NFL

No offense ... but just b/c he was born there, that doesn't mean he'd ever want to go back. He didn't even stay in the state to go to college. In fact, it appears as though its been well over 30 yrs since he's lived there.

Good thing for Sumlin, the Carolina Panthers play in Charlotte, NC

Also fwiw, Auburn, AL has been featured on several different "Best Places to Live" over the years. Low crime rate, top school system, and within driving distance from major metropolitan cities in both Georgia and Alabama

A&M settling into 4-6th of the SEC is really going to be a rough thing for them.

Although, not as rough as Ole Miss who suddenly believes they're a Big 6 team.
