Except for that intentional grounding pass for no reason, Lol, I think he played very well, but I don't think I've seen a QB ground the ball intentionally when he seemed to have some other options. That was a wtf moment if I ever saw 1

I don't remember any intentional grounding passes. Gator, you must have been flipping to the wrong game because Mett was not inconsistent at all last nigh.

I remember that play. It wasn't called intentional grounding as there was a RB in the area, but Mett overreacted to a little bit of pressure and threw it into the ground probably a bit too early.

No it was a screen that didn't develop so he quickly put it in the turf just as he should have

Yeah, I'm sure, and I wasn't trying to troll Mett, he was awesome, throwing passes that could only be caught by his receivers, into coverage with pinpoint accuracy. He will only get better

U did not watch the game did u. The ref waived it off cause there was an eligible receiver in the area. Good call on Mett.

Agreed.

Ole Miss' version of Tim Tebow IMO. It is a shame Hugh seems so decided on using that bum Bo Wallace.

There was not intentional grounding call. The ref specifically said no foul for intentional grounding as number 4 was in the area

except when 2/3 of his TD's didnt come off of dump offs

One was a screen and the other was, what, 5 yards past the line of scrimmage to an open man? The third, on the scramble, was a good pass to a wide open receiver.

He had some great throws, but only one of the TDs had anything to do with his passing ability except to not miss someone a few yards away. That was completely the doing of Rice being out of position and your receivers being good. Why not give them credit?
