Thankfully, they've listened and removed all those restrictions.

Really? That's good to hear. I usually go to a couple of Auburn games a year. The group I tag along with used to have an incredible RV / big grill/smoker set up and spot they used for years and the last two years they have had to relocate twice. They finally said frick it and stopped bothering with much of a set up at all. Would be nice if they are able to get that back with some of the restrictions loosened and spots opened back up.

Used to drive me nuts when walking to class. Unless of course when I was invited to join then it was more like who gives a crap about class...

I always thought it was funny that when you tailgate in Auburn, it's by a huge building that says "Agriculture."

Congrats on never having tailgated at auburn

Never been to a USC game, but Auburn, Bama, LSU and Ole Miss are definitely great.

No problem with this list.

I grew up in Buffalo, NY as a Bills fan (yeah we suck, got it). I'm used to the hardcore, get in arguments with other fans, get in drunken scuffles, yellin n screamin type tailgating so when I got to Auburn I had to tone it down a little in the amphitheater. It's a great tailgating scene for the normal person.

I loved it getting ripped on walking down the street in Baton Rouge.

Sounds good. Jay Jacobs needs to start doing some good things and this is a good start to score some points with the alumni.

Also that Aubie at the bottom of that website looks 3-D.

We used to put up our tailgates at the Dairy Sciences building at LSU every week when I lived in LA. Ag schools usually go hand in hand with engineering and other cool stuff like that. I don't see an issue.

It should be no surprise that 'Bama consistently ranks as one of the best schools for tailgating, from Bleacher Report to Southern Living. Heck, there's even the Tailgate Beer and the Alabama Tailgate Cookbook - does that solidify its ranking near the top? Crowds on the quad on Game Day are estimated to top 100,000 fans for the bigger rivalries, like LSU or Texas A&M. Before you start singing "Roll Tide," slam down a Yellowhammer (yep, it's a drink that really does exist) and get ready to root for the number-one seeded college team this year.

I'll just leave this here.

Yeah, they spent years putting up those godforsaken concrete pylons around campus which chased everybody out to the fields. If you wanted to tailgate on campus, you had to park and lug heavy arse coolers, tents, grills back to the car before heading to the game.

probably cause out in the middle of a field, that is all there is to do...nothing wrong with that of course but what else is there to do when people come in to town for a game at Auburn? Many of the other SEC schools are in towns that actually have other shite going on...
