Try this one - I changed it to white.
Right click the image, and save it to your desktop. You can then go into Excel, and insert it as an image.

I think this will work. To make the black transparent, you have to save it as .png instead of .jpg.

probably should add my turnt up t shirt pic from the okc mall and my picture of the cough medicine sale at the branson wal-mart. I shite you not they just had a big bin of cough medicine out there for 88cents a piece.
I had to stop and laugh. The only thing that made it better was realizing the liquor aisle was conveniently located next to the bin inside the pharmacy section.

Eta - I did one more with the same girl as your original sig pic and a different font for your name. The dimensions of the girl in the other two were bothering me a bit. This one is more of a happy medium.

I didn't know if you wanted an avi as well as a sig pic, so I went ahead and made one with BB in Hog mask & cap with scalpel. I'm still working on your sig pic, but if you have any other ideas, let me know. I'll have it ready in a day or two.
