Maybe I'm looking too much into it, but it seemed like Elams commit didn't get much response from our other 2015 recruits. Only thing I can think is they just aren't as good of friends with him as everyone else.

Yeah, he's stated that he hasn't had any real contact with our current commits and doesn't twitter much.

If he still chose A&M over LSU with no real connection to our current commits, that says more to me than a Kris Boyd commit.

That kid is so odd. In this day and age, a recruit that isn't on Facebook, Twitter or any social media service is just weird. Props to him though

Maybe he sees them as a distraction. I get distracted a lot by being on TD.
Then again, when it comes to Twitter, there's Daylon Mack, and then there's everyone else.

until he committed, he hadn't tweeted since May 9th. Since committing he's retweeted a bunch of A&M stuff but it doesn't appear he really uses the account like a normal teenager.

it was not. He was committed to OU and decommitted in order to get his brother some play. I'm not sure the sips have ever been in the picture. UCLA is probably the team to beat here. Until he actually visits, I wouldn't get my hopes up on him.
Btw, UCLA and Louisville are the only schools on his list that has offered his little brother. Don't think we will, but like the Boyd situation, I'm not sure it matters. He's just trying to help his bro get a few more looks.
