A Photoshop of what might happen (with the lettering)...at least according to some renderings:

Just not a whole lot of movement lately to post a lot of images of.

Getting out of playing in Jackson was the best thing for both schools.

Apparently the MHSAA thinks so also. I saw on the news where they are moving the state championships to State and OM.

can't wait for our North Endzone reno. It's good to see us Mississippi schools finally investing in the campus stadiums.

State just needs to redo that one ugly upperdeck and theirs will be good, OM if it comes out like the design

LSU/BR is about to start a huge project in that area in the bottom of that picture. Should be pretty nice once done...in 10 years.

I can't wait for the streetcar. It also looks like there will be a new hotel (and probably casino) downtown. Hopefully the BR music scene keeps getting better too.

Perfect gameday:
wake up
catch street car to campus
tailgate
watch LSU win
streetcar back to downtown
hit up bars and hear some music
go back to hotel and bang OT 9.8

I'm not gonna lie, you flop more than Manu & Lebron together.

You directly say one thing, deny it, and even when shown what you've said, you choose not to believe it.

It's amazing.

See that'd be cool.... If it wasn't in the state named after being the most MIZZerable state. Missouri sounds miserable.

Faurot looks great, you guys should be excited.

I'd love to visit Columbia for a game weekend, it's a shame LSU doesn't play there before 2060.

Kyle looks badass. Quick question that has probably already been asked but this thread is too big to search through. Are they planning on making the facade match on all the sides of stadium?

Yes, the north and west sides will be done next offseason. We are demolishing the west stands and rebuilding them.

In 2015 the brick façade and all four towers will be finished.

It's amazing how completely the profile of the stadium has changed.

it's not surprising at all considering before it looked like a half finished stadium

Joke's on you, I can't see the image at work

Seriously, that's the way the stadium looked when I was a student, so I'll always have an affinity for it in that form.

Can't wait to see the new digs this year, though

From the outside it looked half finished.

Definitely not SEC caliber, glad they are getting it up to snuff

I wish LSU/A&M didn't play on thanksgiving so I could make a trip to CS. Family thanksgiving and moms birthday.
