Fitzpatrick to Bama. That's three CB targets that committed elsewhere in the past week (Chalmers, Causey being the other two). So... who else is on our board?
EDIT: Oh yeah, Damon Arnette. Seems like his ranking will rise soon if it's truly b/w us and FSU.

I guess we should be hearing word any time now today. His commitment is supposed to be merely a formality once his JUCO transcripts have been reviewed and accepted....

and I am still waiting... guess his grades weren't up to snuff? Tbh, I wasn't really impressed with his HS film. Lots of intensity, but lots of poor tackling as well.

It could be that there was a red flag upon reviewing his transcripts...or it could be that Phil Kornblut - who reported the date for his commitment - made a mistake. He's done that before often with his recruiting news reporting...

2015 QB prospect Nunez seems to have it down to 3 choices - NCSU, Ohio State and SC with SC leading. I suspect a commitment in the coming months.

What's the plan at RB for this cycle? 2? Ty'Son Williams and one of the NC kids? Any word on how it's going w/ Hines or Love?

I'd think at least 2 since we didn't take one last year and we'll be losing Davis.
I assume that Williams is the priority with the NC backs Hines and Love behind him. Love is a legacy here.
AJ Turner out of Virginia might be number 2 on the board and has us high on his list
eta- Traveon Samuel from Alabama recently said that we're in his top group

I have high hopes... but pump the brakes. It's between SC and NCSU I think, with NCSU having the much more favorable depth chart.
I think we will get him, just saying, don't be surprised if we don't. Depth chart is a powerful factor, and OSU is a big name to go along with that competition.

Well the crystal ball has gone from 87% to 91% so I think its safe to say that it'd be pretty surprising for him to commit elsewhere.
And as far as the depth chart goes he'd be 3 years behind Nosovitch and 2 years behind Mitch assuming he gets a redshirt, with Scarneccia (spl?) the only other scholarship QB ahead of him
