Thanks ox. Sounds like he's their best athlete and trying to keep the ball in his hands. And sounds like he's making the most of it.

Thanks. Didn't realize that tweet didn't say that but that was my understanding. Mizzou is that new leader.

He was measured at Mizzou on his visit at 6'0 and 219lbs. He claims to run a 4.4 40 time too, which if so is very good.

That was a great game. After seeing those bastards run their mouths all off season I took a great joy in seeing them get their arse kicked.

According to that Morrison article, we are at 84 scholarships currently, with 14 seniors. Means we will be at 70 after this year. We already have 12 commits, taking us to 82 of the allotted 85 spots filled. That doesn't include DGB2 which could take us to 83.

Obviously, there will be some other attrition. I don't know who might leave for the NFL early. Boehm? Hansbrough? Mauk? Doubtful on most. Boehm I suppose might be most likely.

As we stand right now, though, we have 2 maybe 3 scholarships available.

Ray is the most likely to leave early. I would bet on Boehm staying for his senior year. It will probably be like last year, 5-7 guys will transfer to play their final season at a smaller school. PM is hearing we're looking for 1 S, 1 WR, 1 CB, 1 OL, 2 DT, 1 LB, and 1 DE to fill out the class, assuming all our current recruits stick.

You're right about Ray. Can't believe I forgot him. Thanks.

Drew Lock gets his 4th TD pass of the game on roll out to his left. Found receiver wide open who then ran it in from about 25. 34-17 Tigers.

North Gwinnett lost to North Cobb at home. Also just in case anybody missed it today, both Ross and Brady were cleared by the NCAA. Only Taylor did not qualify. This class will be really good.

I wonder if the pathetic showing by the B1G will help convince some of the kids looking at MSU , OSU and Iowa to reconsider. I'm talking to you Terry Beckner, Raequan Williams and Anree Saint Amour.

Here is an interesting recruiting article that looks at the blue chip ratio.

I know Pinkel & Co. have their own system that has worked well, but this adds an extra layer to consider.
