Don't get me wrong, there are times where I remember who he is. BUT there has been a marked decrease in 3rd down draws, implementing of the pistol, something similar to a no huddle, and he recruits the studs who are there. Sure, not many OC's teams that run the HUNH get delay of games but I mean even I have to give the guy props for finally injecting life into this offense.
Also, Grantham is not getting enough heat for how a talented defense floundered in the spotlight.
