not a program on the up!

Meh, fans get too caught up in that. Same could've been said about them in 2003 or 2004, and they won a title two years later. Same could've been said about Auburn in 2012 as well, not to mention the fact that we've been a dumpster fire for three years now.

Florida is always just a coach or a break away from competing for a National Championship. Heck, they would've played Alabama in the SECCG two years ago if Jordan Reed doesn't fumble going into the end zone.

I'm sure looser fitting shirts and proper support were hot topics.

This video really has me leaning towards gynecomastia...Which is kind of a good thing for us because it means his body doesn't necessarily give any indication towards poor conditioning. He's probably just average for a kid his age and dealing with this condition. They say that for a lot of teenagers this just goes away.

The guy in this picture is a good example. Had to have surgery to get it fixed.

I had friends who were short and fat when we were in grade school/junior high who hit their growth spurt to over 6' and thinned up, the moobs remained until we hit the weight lifting portions of the sports programs.

But it was a fricking joke heavily laden with sarcasm.

I know, man. I'm just adding to the discussion. I have always half thought he was in poor condition, but hoped he just had gyno.

The way his chest looks, the more I see it, the more I think it's gyno. I used to spend loads of time on bodybuilding.com and that was something tons of guys worried about. Many of them would post their progress pictures, be really well built, but have boobs.

Just looking for the glass half full explanation as to why his body MIGHT not really be indicative of how hard he works in the weight room...or how much muscle he just naturally has. I'll say one thing about him, though. He KNOWS what it looks like. He sees himself in a mirror. And he's in high school, so there's that possibility he'd be super self-conscious about it. But he's not. He wears those tight shirts anyway, so I think he's got a bit of that, "Who cares what other people think, I'm going to do what I want." I think that's pretty awesome.

Probably, he has a deeper voice than I imagined.

HS weightlifting in South Arkansas will be on a completely different level than what he will be required to do at all the programs in his final 6 but Louisville, he should go to the ville if he's more in to crossfit.

Is this guy saying he wants to be guaranteed to start as a freshman?

Yes.

Unfortunately, for him, that is the attitude that will not work under CBB. He might be promised a legit chance to earn playing time as a true freshman, but he will not be given the spot before he shows up to campus.

“When I talked to him, he talks about life,” Sunderland said. “It isn’t all about football. He asks about my grades and how my family is doing and what I’m doing at the house and stuff like that. He talks about life instead of football sometimes.”

His lead recruiter, offensive line coach Sam Pittman keeps Sunderland laughing.

“He’s always trying to crack jokes,” he said. “Coach Pittman is real cool. He just likes making people laugh.”

BTW: The line gets skewed with stuff like this, if I was to change a few words around it wouldn't sound like recruiting, it would sound like dating.

Creepy.

Did you guys see this KJ Hill highlight from the Opening? Had the top play of the day a couple of days ago.

LINK

Also, Richard has an article today about this kid:
Donte Jackson, WR from Louisiana

No chance in hell he comes here, but his interview sounded pretty positive. We should get a visit of some sort and he's a trackster.

LINK

quote:

Jackson has recorded times of 10.36 seconds in the 100 meters and 21.4 in the 200. He wants to run track in college. Arkansas’ 40 plus national championships in track and field helps the Hogs.
“It helps a lot,” Jackson said. “I’m really interested in playing football and running track in college so that would be something. A good track program can pull me in for football.”

Ohhh - that was like 5-10 years ago when I was actually working out a decent amount. I haven't posted on there in at least 5+ years so I just don't remember.

He looks fantastic. Probably between Joe & Jarius in terms of shiftiness, but I bet he'll be tough to tackle. Sure hope he calls the Hogs.

Yeah I was on there every day and working out 4 times a week while I was in college. Now I just try to kinda eat right and not drink too much, and do push ups and pull ups a couple days a week.

edit: why do emoticons keep randomly disappearing. That was the dunno shruggy guy

Yeah, I'm KINDA the same way, minus physical activity (outside of walking and such). I've been traveling a ton for work (1.5 years on the road ends today), so I've just lost motivation. After our wedding, I haven't worked out more than 10 times (since November).

My wife has T-25, which looks WAY easier than Insanity (which I ALMOST finished last summer). I will probably start doing that soon just so I can lose 10 pounds or so.
