I'd say this is pretty accurate. I like oxford, but as a guy in my uppter 20's, Fayettechill is better for me.

There really aren't any "projects" or anything around here where you should stead clear.

they are both pretty much equal IMO. If I were you i'd go to Ole Miss since they are better right now.
