LOL at the A&M fans claiming Sumlin isn't interested in the NFL, the pinnacle of his profession.

Making 3 million/year and competing in the SEC West with Texas High School as his feeder program, Sumlin knows he has already reached the pinnacle of his profession.

He is not going any where as long as he keeps winning at A&M.

The pinnacle of the football coaching profession is in College Station, TX?

Please, I beg of you, stop posting!

We don't have to negative recruit against our rivals, just turn on tu and ou game film. Especially the Cotton Bowl beat down we gave ou.

Meanwhile, Les is pulling the #1,6 and 23rd ranked players in the state of Texas.

For the football newbies, Texas A&M is a destination job. The last Head Coach who voluntarily left was Bear Bryant.

That says more about your program than you know. A&M hasn't won a championship since 1939. I have no idea why the NFL wasn't sleeping at the doorstep.

NFL doesn't worry me at all, he already turned down an NFL team, and Aggies pockets are deep enough to outbid anybody. Coach Sumlin says he likes College Station.

If he leaves for the NFL money will have nothing to do with it.

The NFL is a passing league.

By offering Kevin Sumlin a job, an NFL team acknowledged that he is an expert in the passing game. Passing the ball is his thing.

Regardless of position, if I were an offensive player, I would be fired up to get to play in Kevin Sumlin's offense and get prepared for the NFL!

Keep hearing about all the OOS lsu "locks" that commit to someone else.

lsu will be better served to take care of their own state. The only reason Brandon Harris isn't am Aggie commit is because Kyle Allen sniped his spot.

You guys haven't even been able to get an instate QB to commit yet! So much for Cam!

It must really suck when you don't have a straw to grasp at and you see a new power with better football facilities rising in the the west.

Recruitniks are the most delusional of sports fans. The reasons they give for various non commits are hilarious.

So what? There's a chance A&M is looking for a QB after this season. LSU signed 2 good ones last year.

And y'all can't even pull the #1 player in your own state.

I know. Les is so scared he walked into your front door, teabagged your beloved QB and then stole some of your top talent. LSU is doomed I tell ya.

Eta: You're not even a good troll.

Saban could go pro again if he wanted - if its the pinnacle he would try again. Saban proves you can be happy coaching College Ball.

He also admitted they came in third place in the West which some Aggie fans can't seem to admit or understand.

Gotta wonder if Sumlin's calling those NFL teams back saying, "Look, so long as we don't draft the Manziel kid..."

That about as arse backwards as it gets. He's looking at an opening in NY. JFF and Sumlin with Jets in 2014.
