This year A&M gets a cupcake bridge schedule just like Bama. After this year Sumlin will have USCar on the schedule every year while Bama gets Tennessee.

The Aggies get one year to see what it is like to have all cupcake non-divisional games just like Alabama.

My point is that in reality we should be considered second best in the west,

The arguing over who finished second in a 7 team division is comical. I knew LSU celebrates second place finishes, but now A&M also?

You attempt to insert this into every thread you post in, whether or not the OP even involves scheduling or Bama, don't you?

Really? I could see an Asst. gig but a HC job after one year at a big time program?

I imagine he's stretching it a bit. May have been offered the Rooney Rule obligatory interview.

Was he technically offered? Like certified mail/ hand delivered contract offered? Maybe not. But he was heavily inquired about. Would you offer a guy a job if the feelers you put out were negative? Why go through the trouble?

To All you tam fans that keep saying there is no tiebreaker for second...

How far along in an interview process do you need to get before receiving an offer? You have to at least express interest, right?

LOL at the A&M fans claiming Sumlin isn't interested in the NFL, the pinnacle of his profession.

We don't have to negative recruit against our rivals, just turn on tu and ou game film. Especially the Cotton Bowl beat down we gave ou.

For the football newbies, Texas A&M is a destination job. The last Head Coach who voluntarily left was Bear Bryant.

NFL doesn't worry me at all, he already turned down an NFL team, and Aggies pockets are deep enough to outbid anybody. Coach Sumlin says he likes College Station.

Name one coach that has said they didn't like the town of their current employer. Seriously.

It was very common knowledge that Tuberville was out of Lubutt the very first offer he got.

You don't understand that A&M football players are drowned in maroon poon and a successful Coach is a freakin rock star in College Station.
