Joyce and College is the busiest intersection in NWA. I avoid it at all costs, but the massage place I go to is down there so I have to drive through it once a month.

That overpass is not really going to help. I remember it was easy to drive out that way. Only Viking Realty knew what was up.

Yeah the flyover is only going to alleviate the traffic caused by people making a U turn to get on the freeway. It's still gonna be busy as hell.

They should've went 6 lane 540 from Rogers to S Nam
On Joyce they needed to synch lights from College to Don Tyson. That's where they get screwed is the border lights are based on traffic at stop not time
