Yeah man. Buying an existing one, but yeah I'm pretty pumped about it. It'll mean having to move back to S.C. but it'll be a real cushy setup once I get it paid off. thanks

Jim, you got approval rather quickly. I'm hoping this means they did a full sweep of requests last night and approved several of the requests. I guess we'll find out later today.

Honestly, that took a lot longer and proved to be more difficult than I thought it was going to be.
