* Virginia Tech vs Alabama
* North Carolina @ South Carolina
* Georgia @ Clemson
* Florida @ Miami
* Clemson @ South Carolina
* Florida State @ Florida
* Georgia @ Georgia Tech
* Wake Forest @ Vanderbilt

Vandy will slaughterhouse us again, but is there anybody else that stands a better-than-average chance of actually winning? I can't find one.

Those are your only chances. Keyword: chances

....and those chances are slim.

Clemson probably has the best chance to knock a SEC team off this year.

Everyone is buying into USCe a lot this year. Didn't they lose their two best offensive players in Sanders/Lattimore? I know their QB is back, but he gets banged up I feel like in half his games.

Clowney is an absolute monster but how is the rest of the team set up for some to say they are top 5? I pull for them as a semi-underdog in the SEC often

Mostly because this will be Spurrier's best offensive line - which has always been the weak point during his tenure at USC. Add in a deep and talented receiving corps (although inexperienced); depth at running back; and two experienced QB's -- and the offense should be really good.

Defensively, you have the best D-line in the SEC. The biggest question mark is linebacker where the entire two-deep graduated. Replacements are more talented, but have virtually no experience. Secondary has some losses, but should be fine.

I hate to lose Sanders -- his receiving can be replaced, but he was the best punt returner in the conference & that will definitely be missed.

Lattimore is obviously a huge loss as well, yet remember that he missed much of his last two seasons due to the knee injuries. The team adapted to playing without him.

at this moment, the only game that the ACC would be favored in would be Clemson (-1) over UGA, which I'd bet on UGA. Clemson has unmerited expectations this year, which hopefully get deflated quickly.

It would be a moral victory for Wake if they can stay within 30 of Vandy this year.

SCAR is fine at RB, we've got a couple of kids back there that OSU/Urbie offered for that matter.

We're loaded at WR, I personally think we are going to be more talented at WR than ever before in our history, this year.

Dylan Thompson is every coach's dream as a backup QB. See Clemson and Michigan games from last year for example.

You cannot simply replace a special teams player or leader like Ace Sanders, you just have to compensate for things like that from one season to the next, everyone has to do it. Ace had a good year last year, no doubt about it.

Honestly, we're loaded with talent this year, just very young in some places. We need our LBs to step-up to the plate and, if they do, we have the chance to be very very good.
