No LSU or UGA in the top 10...I know it's preaseason and all that crap but the media hype machine is cranking up for Louisville, Ohio St and of course never stops for ND.

Georgia should be in the top 10. As of now, I wouldn't put LSU in there. We lost a lot on defense and I'm still skeptical about our offense. I'd pencil in LSU at #14 or so.

ETA: Is Oklahoma State supposed to be that good this year?

They should call them preseason projections. No one thinks USCe is the 3rd best team, but because of schedule, they have a great shot to be in the SEC championship game and thus ranked 3rd.

USC and UF at 3/4 is interesting. Not saying they aren't good but that's the highest I think i've seen either ranked.

I like OSU at 5; if they win out they are in likely

If UGA takes care of Clemson then they should be in. I would think LSU deserves the top 10 more than ND.

Pretty crazy how Stanford has become a power. They were a doormat 5 years ago.

If your team doesn't win out you should think about a new coach.

LSU taking care of business will put them in the top 10...its a lot easier playing off the radar anyways

no one had us as a top team in 2011....Oklahoma and USC were the top teams I think...

#7 to start the season is fine with me. I'd prefer 9 or 10.

It's true no matter how many times you say it, is it not?

Yet somehow just gets swept to the side.

Do you disagree with it, or are you just tired of hearing it?

Being #4 is a little high for UF. They are in that 8-12 range IMO. They can be a top 5 team depending on how well Driskel plays. Defense will be just as stout as last year, but we need better production out of Driskel to be a true contender.

Agreed, gator. I'd have Florida around 9th and UGA around 7th.

But obviously I'm biased.
