There is a large portion of the Louisiana population that are frontrunners. These are the same people that used to be Miami, USC, Tennessee, or Nebraska fans. Now they're Bama fans. They're generally people that never went to college, so they latch on to whatever team is good at the time in order to talk shite in bars and grocery stores to LSU fans.
I've always wondered if every school had as many people in their home state that were openly antagonistic to them.

Not even if they restructured the Louisiana Purchase deal and annexed Missippi as a part of Louisiana and changed the name.
