Yea he just did that against the best D in the country without a go-to receiver.
Oh and this thread is bookmarked.

Blue was LSU's starter before he was injured last season.
I think Blue remained the SEC's leading rusher for two weeks after his injury.
ETA: I don't think Blue tore his ACL. I think it is an injury more along the lines of what happened to Russell Westbrook.

You guys keep thinking LSU will have a down year it really makes me laugh.
LSU has been Recuriting top ten classes for over 10 years now. There is a lot of talent on this roster.
The offense will be much very much improved. And by 4th game of the season the defense will be turning heads. Go ahead and overlook them Fla and aTm will be walking out of Tiger stadium schocked

I am not trolling here, but I remember many times LSU fans on here talk how Landry was big time talent. Is he still a big time talent, or has something changed?

He was amazing last year and can now go back to the slot where he belongs. Think of it like trying to play a guy like Skylar Green or Mario Fannin* on the outside consistently.
Note: Fannin was invoked because he was moved to WR for a time and his size and skills would not have been suited to the outside. I'm not comparing the two players in any way.

Afred blue was leading the league in rushing when he got hurt last year.

Landry had close to 50 catches and had 6 or 7 touchdowns that's not bad with terrible play calling.

Landry is still a hoss. LSUs offensive plan will dictate how much impact he'll have on games.

As I noted above, I'm pretty sure it took 3 weeks for the league to overtake him.

Landry (who did well last year) has the same problem our whole receiving core has...inconsistent O in general. If Coach Cameron can put out a competent and consistent product the WR's will shine (Landry, Bechham, etc.) As was said earlier, Odell is a slot receiver and hopefully will be used properly this year. If the O finishes (again) ranked in 80's...well, that is just going to suck...big time.

Lol you stupid, that's all I can say bout this..

LSU definitely has the talent on the offensive side to be much better than they have been. Will be interesting to see what Cameron can do to improve their overall flow (which seems to be the issue in the past).

why is "religiously" spelling wrong under your name?

Possible, LSU hasn't had a consistent running back since Harvey Williams. They'll have some random freshman step up and do well and make us forget the other guy's name, only to disappear in 2014.

you guys are funny, TTtowel is the only one that isn't an LSU fan on the subject.
Blue- 3 games as a starter
2010- 20 carries 101 yards 5.1 average 1 td
2011- 78 539 6.9 7tds
2012- 40 270 6.8 2 tds
Hilliard- 1 game started Aub 11
2011- 62 336 5.4 8tds
2012 82 464 5.7 6tds
Also LSU is loaded on offense. We finally have a decent quarterback and capable wide receivers, a young but tested o-line, and quality running backs. I think we will run a similar offense to Bama last year.

It comes from this beauty of a failed rant.

Checks record books
Kevin Faulk all purpose yard leader
LeBrandon Toefield finished career with most rushing touchdowns in a season.
They go on and on. I'm starting to think you might not be right about this one.
