Could have Florida win with Manziel at QB and vice versa with Tebow at A&M

Doubt Manziel would have lasted, given what UF asked Tebow to do a lot of the time.

Win? Yes.

As effective when switched, no - but I could be wrong.

Tim Tebow with Luke Joeckel and Matthews would definitely make defense

Yes.

Manziel still could have run the option with Florida's skill players.

Tebow would have had better pass protection at A&M and had the ability to keep defenses off-balanced with his running/passing.

Different dual-threats, but as far as full judgement I want to see if Manziel can come close to what he did last year, this year. Tebow ended up being so awesome because he kept giving ridiculous performances every single year.

IMO JFF is a better pure QB and could thrive in any system. Tebow needs the right scheme.

Horrible post.

TAMU wins 7 in 2012 with Tebow.

Give the Gators JFF, they still ring.

Give the Ags Tebow, and we don't sniff double digit wins last season.

One is a CFB legend and the other is a one trick pony?

Me too, and I'm a huge Tebow fan, actually.

Both are gamers, but JFF is on a whole 'nother level athletically.

The fact that some compare the two is laughable.

Tebow might have been the most boring player in CFB history. He was a cog in a machine with a nice face (nb4gay), and he had an appealing story. That is the essence of Tim Tebow

Y'all are thinking of the NFL Tebow too much. I'm not even a Tebow dick sucker but I would take Tebow in college over Manziel any day.

Then you're a poor thinker.
