Solid prospect. Auburn seems to be targeting more physical safeties than under the past regime

This is what I mean when I say, don't get too excited about anyone unless your team performs well on the field this coming season.
And yes. I mad.

Good pick up nonetheless.

AU won 3 games and had a top 10 class last year

Good pick-up. It seems Auburn might be adopting the "star" recruiting pitch in much the same way Bama uses the "jack" pitch

I would say so. Every defensive player we've gotten has said they would get a look at the Star spot, and a bunch we're recruiting have said the same. They'd both be really fun positions to play.

Anyone know how his grades are in juco?
I assume he's gotten them in order since being there. He wasn't a fan of going to class at prattville.

Apparently really good. Looks like he has completely turned around his performance in the classroom.

Good for him. He was a nice dude, just didn't care about school. That goes for most people though, not just athletes.

Sooooo....ummm...yeah.
We're gonna need you to go back to Prattville and lock it back down, mkay?
Thanks. Great.

@bmarcello: MT @TheMikeHerndon: Moncrief now turns AU recruiter on teammate WR D'haquille Williams: "I'm trying to get him part of the fam."

No, I think we will keep doing what we are doing. In fact, I'm gonna need you to go elsewhere.

From AuburnUndercover article...
Moncrief didn’t qualify out of Prattville (Ala.) High in 2012 but has been mostly an A-B student at MGCCC.
“I know since he’s been here he’s worked tremendously hard in the classroom and works hard in study hall and has taken care of business,” Campbell said.
