Alabama and Arkansas are in excellent position to advance to the NCAA finals tournament while Auburn, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Kentucky still have some work to do. The top 8 teams at the 3 regional sites advance to the national championship tournament.
Florida, Mississippi State, and Vandy are in good shape to advance in one of the other 2 regionals while Georgia, South Carolina, and LSU have work to do to advance.
Here are the first round results from the Auburn regional:

Does Missouri have a women's golf team or were they just the only SEC school not to send a team?
Anybody know why the Central regional has so few SEC teams?

Updated scoreboard from late on Day 2. It looks like several of the SEC teams competing have moved up the leaderboard in their regionals. There could be a ton of SEC teams advancing. I wonder what the record is for most schools from one conference in the finals.
Keep in mind that the Top 8 schools from each regional advance to the finals.
