I already know the answer to this, but can a Ole Miss/State thread be posted anywhere without the opposing fan base shitting all over it? It must be tiring.

24/7 composite is fine with me. Although that essentially makes me essentially gain an additional commit because Rivals has a history of going full retard about MSU RB prospects -- as shown by having Shump as a 3* last year(all season) and Williams as a 3* this year currently, which manages to drop him to a composite 3*...for now...

Don't have to. They just come to us. They all want to be the next Boobie Dixon.

Is he or is he not JUCO-bound? Kid STILL wants to end up at MSU. We could have flipped him at any point that we wanted. Simply took Fred Ross instead. Would you like to argue that we made the better decision there?

Link? I'm not gonna argue anything else and I actually agree with you about committing alot of guys this summer. You guys will have 8-10 commitments during camps, it happens every year. I dont know about their individual star-power but I'm not interested in that anyway. Stars and rankings are what people argue about but they dont make the player or team, so I couldnt care less about them for your team or my team. They're nice to look at but to me, theyre not reliable on saturdays in the fall

But about Derrick Jones, You are 105% wrong on this. Not only does he not STILL want to end up at MSU, he has never wanted to go to State. I do know that for a fact.

Anyway, just wanted to correct that statement. You guys carry on with your discussion and im glad its not a lifetime ban you guys bet. I wouldve missed WIO posts

Anthony Dixon and Vick Ballard are in the league, and Ladarius Perkins will be next year.

Only been 20+ years since the last time we didn't have an NFL-Drafted rb on campus... And that trend will continue for the forseeable future...

We'll see.

I'll concede his intention when he actually shows up at OM in June...

And Norwood...
And Griffith...
And Johnson and McKinley...
And McCrary and Bouie...

which takes us back to 1991 as the last time we didn't have a drafted NFL rb on campus...

Oh please... Don't make excuses. Boobie and Norwood were both highly ranked by rivals. There isn't an anti MSU RB conspiracy going on just because Rivals didnt make Shumpert a 4 star.

The state of MS is cheated in general by Rivals. They literally have zero talent scouts here and often underrate the homegrown talent here. Basically, their evaluations period sucks. Meanwhile, 24/7 has 5-6 guys spending a ton of time here.

Justin Cox a 3*? Shump a 3*? Hell, Chris Jones would have remained a 3* had he not played in a national all-star game and completely showed out...

Rivals has consistently underranked and misranked MSU classes since at least 2003. In regard to us, they are considered no better than ESPN. Seriously...

It's a conspiracy against State. I read about it.
