Yup, there's something extremely fishy about this entire story. I'm willing to bet a lot of money there was some illegal contact between Kiffen and Thomas's dad when his mom left the Country.

You are missing my point. Knowing the kid doesn't want to be at FSU and how he wanted to sign with SC, I highly doubt this "illegal contact" you are alluding to made much of a difference.

First of all, obviously he's going to say he had no intention of signing with FSU. It's obvious that he will listen to the parent that has the most control. His parents are divorced, Dad wanted USC, Mom wanted FSU. He chose FSU on NSD, everything was fine, and then his mom leaves the Country. Supposedly his Dad received a call from Kiffen, MT then went from having a great time at FSU's spring game (picking out jersey/roommate) to never wanting to go to FSU?

The fan is alleging this fwiw. Nobody knows Kiffin did anything illegal for a fact. My point is it really didn't have that big of an effect.

Who told you about said call, which "insider"? Pretty sure it was well known the kid wanted SC.

It isn't well known he wanted USC. It was between FSU and USC, mom wanted FSU. MT went back and forth who he was going to choose the night before. That shite happens all the time.
