So if Mack stays, he's going to Bama?

Apologies for giving you a little shite awhile back, I was probably drunk (and I am a Titans fan so your sig pic just exposes some still tender nerves).

You seem like an alright guy.

If Gavin Bryant can correctly spell his name he will sign with Bama.

He's the best LBer in-state for the 2014 class. Over both Tre Williams and SDH.

Needed.

The past few years have been pretty painful. So bad that I have tried to pretend I don't care.

I almost got in a fight at the last Titans game I went to but the guy (who provoked it) backed down. I don't think either one of us really wanted to fight (I know I didn't, I'm a puss) but we were both so frustrated and intoxicated.

Sucks not being competitive in some games.

Whitley probably won't respond well to anyone outside of Bama. One of his coaches at Northshore is Thomas Dunson. Arguably (actually not arguably) the worst linebacker in the history of LSU. Was recruited by Dinardo, but played most of his career at LSU under Saban.

Dunson quit the team in August 2000, he didn't play for Saban at all.

Sumlin's History

6 hours ago via 247Sports Mobile

Is there anything from his past that says he doesn't mind sending another team a message? I'm specifically thinking Bama and this Whitley thing. Not saying we can. But if we get the opportunity to, is there anything that points to the fact that Sumlin would throw an unnecessary extra 14 on the board just to let Saban knows whose wife not to give a foot massage to?

I would think working under Stoops would be a good sign (he has never missed an opportunity to embarrass A&M or sip). Just curious if anyone else has some insight.

cobra's aggressive

he rarely takes his foot off the pedal unless it's already gotten ridiculous or the other guy is waving the towel.

ala Auburn, Ark, MissSt etc etc

Cobra will be out for blood when Bama comes, I don't think there will be any feet off pedal if it presents itself, under any circumstance, in that one.

quote:

Yeah, Sumlin/Snyder beat Saban at Tuscaloosa not with smoke and mirrors but with a great gameplay and sound execution. No doubt this was not a fluke game. The world will find this out on September 15. Sabah is scared to death of A&M.

quote:

Saban is not an x's and o's genius evidenced by the fact he sucked as an NFL coach. He was 6-6 his first year at Alabama. He really struggled vs. A&M last year when we spread the field.

quote:

A retard can win 8-10 games a year at Bama. Every coach they have had for 50 years has posted records at least in some years in that range.

Winning with a lot proves little. Winning with a little proves a lot. That is why I wanted Urban Meyer when he had a winning record at Bowling Green against the old Big 12 North.

Saban wants to dictate the complection of the game with his defense. The hurry up offense minimizes his ability to do that. He knows it. He hates it. He says some nonsense about injuries resulting from him not being able to call the right defense for the down and distance.

The fact that they are so sure they have it won already is going to make it better

they also think they are going to clean up in LA and with Tony Brown once they beat LSU by 20+ and LSU loses that guaranteed 5 games this season.

I always thought Tennessee's melt would be the best but this A&M melt may take it by a nose.

the funny thing is that they aren't going to teach you a lesson for stealing a commit at the last hour or negatively recruiting saying that Sumlin is leaving or something. You are getting a 59-0 beating because you dared to recruit in Houston. Cobra have mercy on your souls.

the thread is still going by the way

Sumlin is going to embarrass Saban. I don't think Bama understands what their in for.

A poster above hit the nail on the head about how Saban wins, it's execution and control. When anyone is in that position they are usually going to be successful and they practice everyday against that style so they become masters at it. What Saban hates is he doesn't have that type situation against Sumlin as he is diverse in his play-calling and he dictates the tempo on O; the result is Saban isn't in control and that pint-sized control freak doesn't like it 1 bit.

While about 75% of that is pure delusion, there is some truth buried in there.

That could be said for every defensive coordinator or head coach in the country though.

I just can't wait for this game.
