Last year, the final rankings, conference wise, was:
1 Alabama 10.9 ppg
2 Florida 14.5 ppg
3 LSU 17.5 ppg
4 South Carolina 18.2 ppg
5 Vanderbilt 18.7 ppg
6 Georgia 19.6 ppg
7 Texas A&M 21.8 ppg
8 Mississippi State 23.3 ppg
9 Mississippi 27.6 ppg
10 Auburn 28.3 ppg
11 Missouri 28.4 ppg
12 Arkansas 30.4 ppg
13 Kentucky 31.0 ppg
14 Tennessee 35.7 ppg
I could see Bama dropping a spot or two, possibly. Depending on how the new line gels, and a couple guys step up in the secondary. I could also see them leading the nation for the third yr in a row too. Auburn and Georgia could make the biggest moves, up and down, imo. Perhaps Tennessee...

LSU will drop because we lost a lot of players on D

Does LSU even have a team? I heard the entire team was lost to the draft? Should I be concerned?

Please be concerned....cause no one else is.

Somewhere in the top half.
I think they will play better as a unit this year than last but I don't know how that is going to translate with regards to stats.

Wouldn't have it any other way.

VERY. It's not like LSU reloads every year on defense

Our defense has gotten a lot of flak the last few years (mostly deserved), but we've generally been good in the area that matters most: points allowed.

Lsu has done quite well, outside of 2008.
2012 3rd
2011 2nd
2010 2nd
2009 3rd
2008 9th
2007 2nd
Ironically.. all 2nd place finishes, were to teams from the state of Alabama.

Well we play Mike Leach first game so that doesn't help

I wasn't talking about 08/09 when I said "last few years". That was under a different defensive coordinator.
I'm sure defensive and special teams scores count against this category even though it shouldn't, so it's a bit misleading.
