Full list of the new Falcons

I'm sure to everyones surprise there are no Dawgs on the list. I'm not the slightest surprised. There were 3 teams in the nfl that didn't draft an S EC player, the falcons were one of them. By my last count UGA had 13 players drafted or FA signed, falcons have 0 of them. Hope ATL goes winless.

Just my prerogative, been alive too long and seen dozens of UGA players make pro bowls and the falcons have drafted one player, DJ Shockley in the 6th rd in 06. Watched them trade up to take julio and not aj, Gino Atkins was a rd 3 pick, there are waaaayyy to many to mention. When the falcons sucked and couldn't feel a 70000 seat stadium maybe drafting one local boy that could make the team wouldve helped.

Not fickle. I've never had an attachment to an nfl team for whatever reason, so I root for the dawgs in the nfl, just so happens that all of the pro bowlers and studs that have been in the nfl for uga since around 96 have played for everyone except the falcons.

Dude the falcons draft who they think will be the best for them. We tried to move up and get AJ but couldn't. Deal with it.

I realize atl can't draft a uga player every year. I'm realistic. However there have been plenty of times they could have pulled the trigger and they don't.

They draft to their team needs, not drafting players from a school that's in the same state as them. They have absolutely no reason to go out of their way to draft a player from a certain school, whether it be UGA or whoever else.

Being mad at the Falcons for not drafting a UGA player for the sake of drafting a UGA player is like being mad at UGA for not recruiting your high school for the sake of recruiting your high school.
