4th round is just about over. Anyone else convinced it was dumb for him to leave Athens early?

Robert and Clifton both left early to be drafted in the 6th and 7th rounds, respectively.

The Geathers are not known for making rational decisions.

Kwame will be lucky to go in the 6th.

Couldn't hack the Housing major and had to leave early because of grades

Our defense was porous against the run. Frankly I think we can do better than Geathers and Jenkins.

We will do better this year. D-line much more athletic than those two.

I think Geathers would have made our DL better this year, just for the senior leadership factor along with Smith. Even if he isn't the greatest nose of all time, at least he would add some depth, and still think he was pretty good and probably could have learned alot from our new coach and played better.

Give me a smaller man with some speed and quickness and HALF A BRAIN over these two anyday.

Aside from defending against the gimmick offenses of GSU and Tech, the big-fat-man experiment has been a failure..........

+1 for warm body in rotation. Dumb as hell that he left early.

Mirror much?

The kid gave 4 years to UGA.

The minute that is done and he decides to get a job like most who attend uga after 4 years, you schmucks have to lambast the kid.

Get a life.

He should've stayed, but I understand why he left. Good luck to him.

I bet he is regretting his decision now, still wish him the best of luck. He has got to be one of the few players who have left early only to not get drafted

Like as not, he'll spend it at a really prodigious rate, too. An awful lot of athletes end up in the poorhouse after their playing days are done, and many live paycheck to paycheck even during their salad days.

You think so? The odds are stacked against him since he wasn't drafted.
