Per Coach Gus
Doors wide open for you Nick Marshall.

shocking development from Malzahn... he really does provide more info in his pressers than Chizik...

In all fairness I don't think Malzahn could say what he is really thinking.
"After thorough review of A-Day game film, I want to be clear about our QB position. We are so fricked and all we can hope for is that NM or JJ is the answer. The backup QB's flipping my play board even suck at that. Anyway did I mention it's a New Day yet?"

Having recently been through a QB debacle at USA last year and now a re-surged one this year, I can say that a coach saying this means "We have zero faith in our current QBs and hope to christ someone steps up between now and August"

I damn sure wasn't impressed by what I saw Saturday. CAP is gonna be a beast though.

We are fricked if the JUCO kid or JJ don't pan out. I have high expectations for JJ, but I hope he gets to sit and watch for a year or two before we play him.

Brandon Marcello ?@bmarcello
Gus Malzahn, on Kiehl Frazier: "You can see a lot of the stuff was coming back to him. I feel he finished the spring on a strong note."

That could just mean he finally completed a screen pass on the last day of camp.

I'm willing to bet 1 million internet dollars that Frazier will be on the top of the depth chart when it comes out in a week or 2 and he will stay there until someone else proves they can complete a pass greater than 30 yards down field against a slightly below average SEC defense.

I have a feeling Jeremy Johnson will be the starter in 14 no matter who wins it this year

He'll be the guy this year.
