It was probably a MS citizen that sent it to him because Wicker voted to end the filibuster on gun control

Wicker was the Senator from MS also who voted for the gun bill to open debate the other day.

I remember years ago back in 2003 I think, my dad along with some other catfish farmers were up in Washinton pushing Congress to pass anti dumping laws of imported fish that had no tariff or inspections for health safety, and there was envelopes delivered full of anthrax while they were there and they all had to be evacuated.

It seems like the anthrax stuff happened in the fall of 2001, in the months after 9/11. It might have gone on for a while, though.

Ricin
Is this the poison that was banned due to its extreme toxicity? If I'm thinking of the name correctly this is the poison that kills every animal I'm the food chain that eats it. Rabbit eats plant laced with it. Bobcat eats dead rabbit and dies, coyote eats dead bobcat and dies, and vulture that eats dead coyote dies. Is this the same thing? If so, a hunter here in Alabama got arrested a couple of years ago for using it to kill nuisance coyotes.

I'm leaning more and more towards my instinct reaction that it's American Separatists. Ball bearings bombs, if they'd have been suicide vests then that's right out of Act of Valor. The ricin plays a ongoing role in Breaking Bad.

There's a lot of those poisons. We used to use Timic on our catfish ponds to kill predator birds..we would gather up dead fish in a pile and spread timic on it
We also used to use Cyanide to kill trash fish back in the 80's before refilling a pond with water and restocking a pond for use. Had to wear all protective clothing because if it got on your skin, you were dead. We use Rotenone now.
Then you had DDT which was used on crops that killed literally everything. Used to be some potent chemicals in foods back in the day
