P.S. Didn't see the other thread on this but I went ahead and bumped it as well.
I guess we're about to find out just how good/bad the move to add Texas A&M and Mizzou was.

I'm guessing... 28 mil a year per team, just for tier 3 rights, and maybe a renegotiation of tier 2? I'm not sure, but I am 100% positive it will trump whatever the B1G and Pac 12 current have, and they are currently at what? 22?

USA today report
Over 20 million, on average, for each school, for one year.

What does it sit at currently for each school(minus the Mississippi schools)? About 7 or 8?

Rumors I've heard is premium for a bit but ESPN will eventually make it part of their package, upping their price to providers a bit (I think currently it's around 5$ per customer). I'd assume it would be regional but possibly national.

C'mon man, MSU and the Rebs aren't going anywhere. But it's a question of diminishing returns when there are two more invitees.

It makes sense to me. We've got huge population centers, and Missouri I think is key to having that Midwest avenue to truly make it a product with national worth.

Right, winning over the KC and STL market is a goal.

No my question is currently what do schools get for this? IT isn't 20 mil brand new, it is replacing current assets. What are those assets currently worth on average, excluding the Mississippi schools since they suck and obviously bring the average down.

Okay, gotcha...what's the increase in revenue...I'll see if I can find a reliable report.
