100 times faster than most all internet providers. If it ever spreads across the country Sat and cable providers will take a hit because what they are currently charging and what you get is 100 times better than direct, dish, or any cable provider.

About the same...google fiber won't make a noticeable difference on the loading times of web pages (for me anyway).
The beauty of Fiber comes to downloading movies,games,software, etc. Large files that would take hours can be done much faster.

My browsing would be the same but I would go 100% digital probably with my media. That is if the companies such as netflix, amazon, etc actually offer enough HD content.

US broadband internet users pay way too much for slower service because of greedy cable companies. frick them and I hope Google fiber can bring the price down some.
