No, Bielema is a better recruiter and he's surrounded himself with an outstanding staff. Petrino was a good x's and o's coach but that's about it.
He was a piss poor recruiter and his entire staff was composed of yes men. Just look at what happened when our assistant coaches were given actual responsibilities. It was a train wreck because they didn't have Petrino leading them around by the nose.

This is where the news first leaked out at. The guy who posted this was Gabe Weaver, who was an Arkansas State Trooper. I believe he was ultimately fired for posting this.
Oh yeah, and he also killed himself a few months later. So there's that.
