@KegsnEggs: Lol. RT @BFeldmanCBS New unethical, inappropriate NCAA behavior in Miami case surfaces, Miami Herald reports: LINK
The NCAA investigator who took over the University of Miami case last May attempted, as her fired predecessor did, to use Nevin Shapiro’s attorney to help build a case against Miami – a detail curiously omitted from the NCAA-commissioned report detailing the NCAA’s improper handling of the case, according to an email exchange between the parties that was relayed to me by two people.
Meanwhile, UM also will allege that NCAA investigators lied to interview subjects by claiming that other people interviewed made comments they never made, in order to trick the subjects into revealing incriminating information they otherwise might not have, according to multiple officials familiar with the NCAA’s case against UM and former coaches. UM believes such behavior is unethical, and it clearly is.
UM also will claim that significant charges made against UM in the NCAA’s notice of allegations are uncorroborated by anyone besides Shapiro, and that tainted evidence has not been fully purged from the case.
Apparently the NCAA have no issue with breaking the rules they're investigating others for violating
With all the mud that's been thrown at Auburn over the past few years, there's no way they would have walked away empty handed unless there was nothing they felt could stick

Unless the NCAA thought it would be good for college football for another team from Alabama to win a NC and looked the other way.

There was no need for this thread IMO. They already sent a letter clearing Auburn. The link doesn't in anyway change that fact or make it more true. It just is. If you felt a need to seek more support from other fan bases than I just don't know what to say. Can you please explain your reasoning and objective in starting the thread?

Again, none of this equals innocence.
At best, it means not enough evidence to build a solid case.
Prosecutors drop cases all the time. It hardly means the suspect is innocent.

They did it to Alabama during the Albert Means case.
Against their own bylaws, the NCAA allowed a member school's employee (Phil Fulmer) to testify secret witness against another member school (Bama).
Didn't matter.

There was no deeper meaning or ulterior motive other than what I stated in the OP which is that the Miami case has shown that the NCAA appears to be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the desired results
I would equate the continuos stream of allegations against Auburn with no significant findings as strong mark for the Univeristy as based on their efforts in Miami, the NCAA could have easily made the results fit whatever their objective was
Nevertheless, if you guys find this pointless and a waste of time just don't respond
