This is seriously fricked up. Rehabilitation can not fix this type of mindset and the only reasonable thing to do would be to put these two degenerates down. I don't see why it is so easy to put down a animal that bites a human, but not a human that kills another with animal savagery.

It just blows my mind that a human being can be so sick to do something like this.
I wish we had more severe death penalties for these types of situations...like public hanging or old school drawn and quartered. They deserve to suffer and be humiliated before they die
