Mitch Gaspard going to be fired at the end of this year?

Going over SEC scoreboard I saw Bama lost 6-0 to Memphis tonight which drops Bama to 8-8 on the season. Seems like Gaspard has run Bama's baseball program into the basement since Jim Wells. From SR appearance to Reg. appearance to 35-28 last season with no postseason and it looks like it's worse once again this year.
I know, most Bama fans dont care about baseball, but for the ones that do, is this Gaspard's last season you believe?

I was hoping better from him. Played some extra inning ballgames this past weekend. He will get another year, we should do okay.

He should be, but won't. To be fair, our slide started under Wells and he's just continued it. Nobody is going to win at Alabama though with our facilities and complete lack of attention from the administration.

I am one of the last to want a coach fired, but I hope so. Is there any reason to think he will improve? I see no signs.

I was wondering the same thing. IMO we've found a bunch of football fans who love to bitch about all the other sports when things are bad.

If you are a baseball fan then welcome aboard. As OP states, we are a minority. Have you watched us play? I only get the updates through online play by play. Two good pitchers and a big stick can surely make a coach look good. Post more, RTR!

I want us to be the best at everything, and see no reason we can't be (or at least top-tier). I'm a student and try to attend as many baseball games as I can, but I have class every night (other than weekends) so I miss a vast majority of events. But I do keep up with scores, and the score 6-0 tells me everything I need to know about what happened tonight

we just played a weekend series against a top tier program. Not that I follow who all pitched, but did we blow a lot of pitchers in the weekend

That's a really poor excuse. Not to mention we get shutout every other game which has nothing to do with our pitching.
