Looking at Lunardi's "Last Four Out" makes you root against the others, but in reality, today strengthened all our RPI's. Unlike football, I pull for any SEC team to win (except auburn, but they don't count)

You are right..they been irrelevant in a while but oddly enough their win over Bama may keep us out of the dance if we don't win sec tourney

Still trying to figure why why KENTUCKY GOT THE 2 SEED when they were 0-2 vs Ole Miss and 0-1 vs Bama.

RPI should be scraped Boise St 8-7 in their conference were in over all the SEC teams to start the day.

Virgina who has 85 RPI is in according to the YANK.
Even though they have 11 losses to sub 100 teams.

The RPI is nothing morew than a scheduling gimmick ,and thats why the Big East gets creamed in the tourney every year.

FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY WE DIDN'T LOSE TO OLE MISS.

Or play twice.

ETA: Kentucky got the #2 based on head to head record after conference record.

---------------

The stupid TV guy the other night during the Ole Miss Bama game stated Ole Miss swept Kentucky.

No shyt

I was wondering how the conference was ranking the seeds that way.

Dosent really matter , was just wondering how with the 2 new teams the seeds were being applied.

I see Florida didnt get a 29-8 FT advantage on Kent. like they did Bama.

Honestly... Do you do anything other than complain about the refs?

Absolutely no way to lay the blame of the Florida game on the referees. Not even an Ole Miss fan could make that argument.

They clearly jobbed us against Tennessee, but hard to get too upset about that since the very game before against Kentucky was handed to us on bad calls.

Bama won't get in unless they knock off UF or Mizzou in the tourney

That is actually pretty typical on the road in the SEC. Stop complaining about refs. Yes, they are bad, but they are bad to all road teams. Regardless, if we simply wake up to play Mercer, Tulane and Auburn, we wouldn't be in this bubble situation.

I don't see either of our teams getting in, honestly.

If we beat UT and Mizzou beats OM, I wonder how that'd affect who gets picked.

If they had to pick one of those 3, it'd definitely be UT assuming Bama loses to UF. Bama has a better shot than OM with that scenario, but I still don't see either getting in.
