So I was thinking about going up to the Missouri vs Arkansas basketball game

...but there is this strange white stuff all over CoMo. Glad I checked the local cameras before I headed to the great white north
Mysterious white stuff in tropical CoMo
I don't know what's going on since Fayetteville has the same weather as Columbia according to Missouri fans. What is this white stuff? Could it hinder travel? Does it have any correlation with low temperatures?
I'm no meteorologist. I just go to a redneck non-AAU school and I need to ask a lot of questions. Thanks in advance for your help

Forgive me, I just saw a lot of snow and wasn't sure. Like I said in the OP, not a meteorologist. I go to Arkansas, thus very unfamiliar with heavy volumes of snow

I'm not so sure. If you look at the photograph closely, you will notice this individual is not at a Mizzou baseball game so there is a very good chance he calls himself a Mizzou fan.
