Maryland - (bill introduced just today)
Maine - (bill introduced just today)
New Hampshire - bill introduced
Pennsylvania - bill introduced
Rhode Island - bill introduced
Vermont - bill introduced

Of course our backwards arse states in the southeast will be the last to legalize marijuana.

Are you surprised? My state just ratified the 13th amendment. I look forward to legal marijuana in 2045.

The public opinion on that is swinging pretty quickly. Sure we'll be last, but the real question is how long will it take for full legalization in the SEC footprint?

Cue all the stoners on the board to rejoice.

Before you jump on me, I'm fine with the legalization of marijuana.

Didn't Arkansas put it up to a vote and come pretty close to passing it? Someone correct me if I'm mistaken/misinformed.

I think it was medical, but I can't remember (insert stoner joke here).

I don't understand why a drug that is probably less harmful than alcohol isn't already legal. I suppose a group old dudes somehow got rich off keeping it out of our states.

If it's left up to each individual state (Like it should be) then Mississippi won't legalize it for another 100 years.

Mississippi actually has some of the most lax laws of the whole country when it comes to Marijuana. De-criminalized up to 1 oz, which is more than personal use. IJS

Kentucky will be the same way. They're having a shite fit right now over legalizing something as simple as hemp for industrial purposes.
