Flat Billed or Curved bill hat?

I know a lot of older guys will go with curved and the younger guys will go with flat. When did the flat bill start being "cool"?
In my little league days I always went with curved but as I got older I started preferring the flat bill. Now I'm back to liking the curved bill. I'm 19.

It's been popular in baseball for a long time. Flat bills are easier to wear sunglasses with.

The bill of a baseball cap was designed to be curved to keep the sun out of your eyes. Hence, I wear the curve like all men should. I'm 30
