He had a pretty well known ad out. He had a horse and a gun.
I guess he had to piss while on a beer run at the WalMarks. Unfortunately for him, the pisser was past the point of sale and he got popped for a theft charge.

I'm guessing he has a lawsuit. Unless I'm wrong, it's not theft, until you've left the building.

Yeah...if he left the cart to go into the bathroom he clearly had no intent to steal anything. If he wanted to steal shite he would have just run to his car.
