Okay. On to the next person Saban and Pendry will tell what to do.

more like, "No f'kin thanks... I don't want to work 25 hours every day."

It's obvious Pittman wants to be somewhere long term, he doesn't want to be looking for another job when Saban retires after this season.

We have a great OL Coach here in Missouri that you gumps should go after. Bruce Walker is there for the taking.

you kinda bring up a good point, why doesn't kirby leave? he doesn't seem to get much credit because ppl consider saban to be the dictator of all at bama. i'd think living in that shadow for so long would get annoying.

I mean he did just get there. That would be like Rich Bisaccia leaving Auburn after only 3 weeks. Wait...

Best thing that has happened to Arkansas in years.

He can rest on his stacks of cash and title rings.

You think making a million dollars a year to have one of the most secure jobs in college football would get annoying?

Yeah if I was Kirby I wouldn't rock the boat too much on his already pretty sweet gig.

well now that you put it that way. seriously, i know it's a great gig he has currently but still i'd think he'd want to spread his wings at some point. maybe as what's his face said the right opp hasn't come about so far.
Kirby can wait and hold out for exactly what he wants. He is only 36 or 37 years old. He might miss out on a good opportunity due to his lack of experience as a head coach, but he doesn't have to be in a rush to find something. I think when Saban retires the job will be his if he wants it. If that is 6 or 7 years from now he would still be the youngest or one of the youngest head coaches in Bama history.

He has about 1 million reasons to stay.
Let's face it, the odds of his stock going down as long as he's at Bama with Saban are too small to even calculate. He can afford to sit around and be picky.
