Texas A&M has coach (Kevin) Sumlin, who is committed to throwing the ball and running a pro-style offense
Was ED not in a "pro-style" offense when he set the NFL SS RUSHING record?

a receiver today should go to Texas A&M over LSU."
Conversely, I guess this means a RB should go to LSU over aTm.
Love ED for his hatred of Texass, but maybe he doesn't realize LSU has won more games than any other SEC team in the past 10 years by being pretty balanced in both running & throwing. Fact is, except for Bammer, no SEC team has shown the ability to consistently stop the Tigahs' power running game, so we should expect CLM to keep running it.

I know that this thread is really just an excuse to bitch at each other, but I don't see why the LSU people would really even care about this. It's obvious that as a WR you might be more likely to want to play in an offense where they sling it around all the time. The same way that it's obvious that if you play just about any other position you'd probably rather go to LSU.

Exactly. Makes basic sense.

Dickerson is right and it's up to Coach Miles to change that perception by on field performance. We'll see how all this Cam Cameron OC talk goes.

If you want to play the Sumlin game, then don't forget his Oklahoma and Purdue players.

Randle was probably the best receiver in the conference his junior season.
Shoulda signed with Bama. I remember in January 2009, I was already fapping to the thought of having Julio and Randle together. Oh well.

I think La Tech was a little better than Auburn this past season. Thank God LSU didn't have to play them otherwise yall might have not even made the Chicken Bowl.
Why does this even matter? LSU beat you on your own field.
Who gives a shite about anything else if you're gonna talk shite? Not to mention, it will happen again in 2013.

I have no problem with that statement.. If I was an unbiased big receiver recruit, I'm staying the hell out of Baton Rouge with the state of our offense right now. We need to get back to the days of putting receivers in the NFL like Bowe, Davis, Tolliver, Doucet, and Reed
