I've always been curious about it but never tried it myself. Well I tried a few times but always fall asleep.
Can someone tell me what lucid dreaming is like? Do I have total control over my dream? It'd be awesome if I could dream flying or I'm Gohan from dragonball z.
Also is there something I can do to wake up immediately if some fricked up shite happens? How can I check if I'm awake or not.

I've tried to but never been able to

Seems like it's mostly random even if you try, but some people are really good at it

And yeah everyone says you have complete control over it

I've been able to do it every once in a while, but I only remember my dreams a few times a month

Yeah I saw him post about taking xanax. Definitely not stuff you want to mess around with.

I've gotten pretty good at not waking up when I realize that I am dreaming. Freaky thing though is sometimes I'll wake up and my body will still be paralyzed.

When I have a dream I remember, I post it here as a form of record... I had a real fricked up one a few weeks ago.

Benzos are like pain killers in my mind. The high isn't worth the risk of addiction.

The worst are when you're having sex in your dream then something distracts you and when you try to focus again the girl is gone.

That's some of the scariest shite to ever happen to me

It's only made worse by the fact that you just woke up and are groggy and not sure what's going on at first

I have sleep paralysis pretty frequently even when I'm not lucid dreaming. It's so frequent I realize what's happening and just think "frick, guess I'll go back to sleep."

Man I was laying in bed one time with my eyes open and the room filled up with fog and I started hearing a woman's voice speaking real calmly but i couldn't make out the words she was saying.

All of the sudden I couldn't move my arms or legs or anything.

Finally after a couple of minutes I was able to raise my right arm, it took every ounce of strength I had to do it.

Once I raised my arm the fog dissipated instantly and the voice stopped.

The people I've told about it say it was sleep paralysis but idk, my eyes for sure were never closed. Was fricking crazy.
