Not saying Tennessee is getting Lawson but JC Shurburtt also said Chongo Kondolo committed to UT less then 5 days ago. Committed to Nebraska within the last 24 hours.

No, no I'm not. I said that JC Dicklicker has been wrong before. At the end of the day, I say it's 85% Auburn/15% the other schools.

Shurburtt just posted that last night, but not like it matters because no one in the media knows what Carl Lawson is doing. The media doesn't know that Lawson decommitted from AU a month ago.Its still very close between AU and UT with Clemson being the third. Auburn may have a slight lead tho. He likes AU's campus best, Tennessee facilites and resources best, and likes Clemson's coaching staff the best.
UT fans have been getting their info from someone very close to Lawson, some believe its his trainer and coach, former vol Constatin Ritzmann.

Lawson and his family hate the attention. They're very quiet. They say that to keep teams and the media from constantly calling. Ask yourself, why have a signing day announcement and let the coach know where you're going to sign if you are commmitted?
You can check a post I had from around 5 months ago saying UT was in it for Lawson. The guy on VQ board personally knows Lawson and is with him and his family around 3 times a week.

He's not. He's deciding on Monday, calling the coaches when he does and personally denied any announcement on NSD.

A friend of Carl Lawson who has been keeping vols up with his recruitment wrote this about him on VQ:
Auburn was his first offer, and they recruited him well. He just likes it. His dad is not a big fan of auburn. My guess he ends up at FL state or UT
Carl is a bit tricky... His heart says auburn but his logic says 3-4, team with an upward trend. He wants to play early...I think he is a bit conflicted and will not really focus too much on his college choice until after the season.
He comitted to auburn mainly because they guaranteed him a schlolorship even if injured. Call it insurance.
Since then they have done a good job but do has UT and FSU. Ole miss is in because off his high school coach. USC because he wants to visit and all the hype around that program. He enjoys the fame no doubt about it.
He should be there for bama if the stadium is rocking he will love it.
Sure enough, Ole Miss and UT became players for Lawson in December, with Ole Miss actually becoming a huge factor in December but faded.
