I think we have the talent to compete at a higher level but his scheme's are definitely holding us back.

Jacobs drives me insane, it seems like he has 2 turnovers a game from not being able to catch the ball.
But Gueye has done a lot more than I expected out of him this year to be honest.

Gueye is certainly a work in progress but he works hard at the game and you can see improvement in his game. He'll be fine, it's not his fault that there are no other big men to play and take up some of his minutes.
