Was forced to watch it when Mrs. Tbird and I were still dating. Sappy as all get out, but there are worse chick flicks out there. Would never watch again on my own accord, though

I'd say it's less of an issue that it's a chick flick and more that Nicholas Sparks is a douchenozzle.

I got into a big fight with one of my college girlfriends once cause I told her this shite sucked, and I wasn't going to see that shitty movie. She took offense.
