What is Les doing during the official visit weekend on Saturdays since LSU is the only team in the SEC who doesn't have a home basketball game scheduled during the 3 major official visit weekends during football recruiting?

I believe most schools/coaches take the recruits on OVs to the basketball games when they are on campus to give the recruits a taste of the game day atmosphere and the passion of the fanbase, so all Les can give the recruits this year is a the experience of your fanbase after halftime of most games.

West
Bama - 1, 19th
Auburn - 2, 19th, 26th
LSU 0
Ole Miss - 1, 19th
Ms. State - 2, 26th, Feb 2nd
aTm - 2, 26th, Feb 2nd
Arkansas - 1, Feb 2nd

East
Florida - 2, 19th, Feb 2nd
Kentucky - 1, 26th
Mizzou, 2, 26th, Feb 2nd
Tenn - 2, 26th, Feb 2nd
Vandy - 1, Feb 2nd
Uga - 1, 19th
Carolina - 3, 19th, 26th, Feb 2nd

Let me tell you one thing. NO frickING WAY we bring ANY recruits to a basketball game. Have you seen our attendance? It's tied with volleyball and Quidich.

A basketball game is a poor representation of an SEC gameday atmosphere. If recruits think it is, it is probably to LSU's advantage that they don't play home basketball games on recruiting weekends.

They watch our baseball team go through drills, watch bullpens, PFP, batting practice, infield, etc

It's better than the basektball games.

What do the other schools do when they don't have basketball games on recruiting weekends? LSU probably does similar things.

ETA: you put quite a bit of work into a thread just so you could throw in this flame:

"so all Les can give the recruits this year is a the experience of your fanbase after halftime of most games."

Arkansas, Kentucky, Florida, etc. all have great basketball atmospheres. LSU is not one of them.

So laugh it up DC.

18,000 people filing into BWA is comparable to a fall Saturday in the SEC? Come on.

A nice warm south LA weekend on tap is much better than a cold frigid northern Ark trip this time of the year

Obvious correct answer here. What do 18year old high school kids want to experience more anything? Getting drunk and hooking up with some skank while crashing in their hotel room.

In all seriousness I see recruits in there all the time the few weeks leading up to NSD. They go with the current football players.
