That's the kicker. I don't think Vandy will be able to block the OM front 4.

They didn't have much trouble with that in 2012.

Game should be pretty damn exciting, considering it will be the opening game of the CFB season likely.

Ole Miss has more returning starters, and for Vandy breaking in a new QB (albeit an experienced one) always takes time. Rodgers wasn't exactly a stellar, consistent QB, but he will be missed.

It's a game on paper you've got to like our chances, but Vandy will assuredly will be confident.

Irrelevant.

And vandy didn't exactly light the world on fire that night either. Depth got us in the 4th quarter. That won't happen in 2013.

Not worried about the OL at all really became one of the major strengths of the team as the season went on last year, anchored by one of the best OL in Vandy history at LT Wesley Johnson. Carta Samuels was the Mountain West Fr of the Year back at Wyoming and has 2 full seasons worth of starting experience but I would be lying to say I'm not nervous to see how he looks this Spring. I will say this our staff took Rodgers, who let's be honest doesn't have the best natural tools as a QB, and are going to likely get him drafted in the 6th or 7th Rd this April. CJF and QB coach Ricky Rahne were the guys that identified Collin Klein while working at K State so they should know a thing or two about QBs.

Carta Samuels has better natural tools than Rodgers but will have to see how he commands the offense. Personally think the OM game will be another great one like last year.

It would be key to note that we pulled that comeback without our best offensive player who left on the first drive of the game btw. Just saying

I would recommend you all watch this video if you want to know what you will be facing this year.

*Note* I think it is safe to say that this guy either had a hard time grasping the offense or CJF really wanted him to develope to his full potential because there is no way Jordan Rodgers can make half the throws this guy makes. You sdont just lose talent like that. I know it was Wyoming but a QB can throw or he cant and this guy can throw. Kind of reminds me of slower JFF.

Should be a good game, if OM fans or Vandy fans think it will be easy for either team they are crazy. First game of the season, both teams coming off "successful" seasons and looking to build on that.

Yeah but we will win. Again. In front of a sell out crowd that will suprise you all how loud it will be. I like our chances. May be close for 3 quarters then we will take it in the 4th.

There will be plenty of OM fans there, trust me. Unless they move it to a Thursday, which might limit the OM crowd.
